Our North American headquarters is in New York City, and we also have offices in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver. Our business development team works one-on-one with members in the field and is supported by a customer care team in New York.

Rice was appointed co-president of Ensemble Travel Group in January 2011. Her professional background in the travel industry spans more than 15 years, including key roles in the areas of customer relationship management and revenue management at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Eos Airlines and GetThere (a Sabre Company). Just prior to joining Ensemble Travel Group, Rice was vice president of marketing for Voyage.tv. Over the years, Rice gained a reputation as an astute and forward thinker in such critical areas as quantitative marketing, revenue management, CRM and information and social media technologies. She holds an MBA from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree from U.C. Berkeley. She lives in Manhattan. |
Pearlman was appointed co-president of Ensemble Travel Group in January 2011 after serving as executive vice president of Ensemble Canada since 2007. Under his leadership, Ensemble has been honored with a number of industry awards of merit. Prior to joining Ensemble, Pearlman held a number of progressive positions at American Express, including director and general manager, travel services network. He also served at General Electric, based out of Calgary, where he was responsible for Western Canada's Fleet Services division, the largest fleet agency nationally. Pearlman excels at building solid relationship management, marketing, finance and sales development. He currently serves on several industry advisory boards, including RBC Insurance, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and the Association of Canadian Travel Agents (ACTA) board. He is a graduate of York University and currently resides in Toronto. |
Jiffo joined Ensemble Travel Group in 2011 in a newly created position of vice president, business development. His primary role is to oversee new member growth and retention for the organization. Jiffo most recently served as East region director of sales and national accounts for The Mark Travel Corporation. In this capacity he led a team of business development and associate managers in the creation and execution of marketing programs, training workshops and overall sales development for retail agents in the eastern U.S. and Canada. His nearly 20 years of experience in the cruise industry includes national account positions at Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, Carnival Cruise Line and Norwegian Cruise Line. Jiffo holds a bachelor's degree from Widener University in Wilmington, DE. He is a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) and Master Cruise Counselor (MCC). He lives in Weston, FL. |
